Important Information for members & visitors for the 29th may.

We are thrilled that our next CPD speaker is the incredible Jo Bristow of Connor Consultancy, an NFP company.

Join us on Weds, May 29th, to discover how your drivers shape your behaviour and how they can help or hinder you.

Please complete the questionnaire before the session to identify your key universal drivers. We will then explore what this means for you and your work. We will also discuss some strategies we can use to harness our drivers' power and succeed.

Follow up notes

Thank you to all who attended the Born or Made workshop on the 29th of May.

Jo has suggested that you delve into the drivers linked here and above. These readings are informative and instrumental in your understanding of yourself and others. They offer practical strategies that can significantly enhance your professional journey, making them a highly recommended resource.

Focus on the top 1 or 2 in more detail, as they will impact you more significantly, and see what resonates with you from the text.

Reflect on the following questions….

  1. How do my top drivers support my success in my field of work?

  2. When do they get in my way / hold me back / hinder my resilience?

  3. How can I mitigate any negative impact if I notice my drivers at play?

Feel free to use the questionnaire with your teams (if appropriate). It will allow you to get to know each other better and have more meaningful conversations about how they work together.

Please connect with Jo on LinkedIn, too.
